The Trustless Rental system is a pioneering feature designed to make the game accessible while protecting asset owners. It allows Pega owners to rent their NFTs to other players without the horse ever leaving the owner's wallet. Smart contracts manage the process, automatically splitting any rewards earned during the rental period between the owner and the player based on a pre-defined agreement.
While daily rewards are typically distributed in utility tokens, players can earn the governance token, PGX, through high-level competitive play. This includes placing in the top ranks of the PGX Tour, a high-stakes racing mode where participants pay an entry fee to compete for a prize pool.
