Terms and Conditions

1.After your friend registers using your referral code or link, whenever they complete a spot, futures, or Omni trade, both you and your friend will receive a certain percentage of the friend’s actual paid trading fees as commission. The commission rate will follow the rate associated with the referral code your friend used when registering.
2.Commission Currency: Commissions will be issued in the currency of the invitee's transaction fees to the relevant accounts.
3.Commission Payout Time: Commissions from trades on T day (UTC+8) will be issued after 10:00 on T+1 day (UTC+8). If multiple commissions are in the same token, they will be consolidated into one payout. Actual issuance time may be delayed due to settlement processes.
4.Accounts involved in any form of cheating behavior, including but not limited to fraudulent registrations, using secondary accounts for self-referrals, or forging identity documents, will be disqualified from participation in promotions by the platform and confiscated any gains obtained through such activities.
5.Due to changes in market conditions and the existence of fraud risks, LBank reserves the right to adjust the activity rules at any time, and the updated rules shall prevail.
