This document summarizes updates and enhancements made to LBank’s main platform, including improvements to spot trading, futures trading, and overall user experience during November 2025. These updates aim to deliver a more seamless and intuitive experience for our global users.

 

 

Main Platform Updates (APP/H5/Web)

Major Feature Releases

New Futures Calculator Now Live

  • A brand-new Futures Calculator is now available on both Web and App, helping traders plan positions and manage risk with greater precision. The tool can be used without logging in and supports five calculation modes: PnL, Target Price, Liquidation Price, Maximum Position Size, and Entry Price.

Market Cap Candlestick Charts

  • Spot and Futures charts now support Market Cap candlesticks, allowing users to track token market capitalization trends directly on K-line charts for deeper market insight.

K-Line Learning Guides

  • K-Line guide has been added to Spot and Futures trading pages, helping new users quickly understand candlestick charts and basic technical analysis.

 

 

Futures Trading Enhancements

TP/SL Experience Upgrade

  • Take-Profit and Stop-Loss orders now support price recall, one-click cancellation, and batch order cancellation. For USDT-margined futures, the editing panel now also displays estimated USDT values for greater clarity.

Leverage Adjustment Optimization

  • When adjusting leverage, the system now displays maximum position size, required margin changes, and estimated liquidation price, with a clearer distinction between Isolated and Cross margin modes for improved risk awareness.

 

 

Spot Trading Enhancements

Trade Record Filters

  • Both Order History and Transaction History on Web now support a Current Symbol filter, making it easier to focus on relevant data.

Order Sorting Improvements

  • Multiple sorting options have been added to the Order Center and Spot Order History, allowing more flexible data viewing.

Pre-Order Validation Upgrade

  • Order validation messages on App now appear as lightweight pop-up prompts, providing clearer and more user-friendly feedback.

Earn & Funds Enhancements

Earn Product Search Feature Improved

  • A search bar has been added to the Fixed Earn page, aligned with Flexible Earn, supporting single-asset fuzzy search for faster product discovery.

Expanded Fiat On-Ramp Access

  • Fiat on-ramp shortcuts are now available on both Flexible and Fixed Earn pages, as well as within on-chain deposit flows, making fund transfers more convenient.

Account Enhancements

New Identity Verification Page Now Live

  • A dedicated Identity Verification page has been added to Profile, making verification status clearer and easier to track.

Improved KYC Notifications

  • KYC status notifications have been optimized, with clearer email and in-app messages for rejected or exceptional cases.

 

 

UI & Interaction Enhancements

Help Center Redesign

  • The Help Center homepage has been fully refreshed with new sections including Hot Topics, Starter Guide, FAQs, and Announcements, significantly improving content discovery and self-service efficiency.

Futures Settings Layout Optimization

  • Trading Settings are now prioritized, while Futures Calculator and Favorites are fixed on the right side of the page for better usability on App.

Arabic & Persian Language Optimization

  • Text order and layout have been standardized and optimized to better match Arabic and Persian reading habits.

K-line Indicators Support Select All

  • The app now allows selecting all indicators on the spot and futures K-line main charts, streamlining technical analysis.

Referral Commission Display

  • Referral registration pages now show commission rates, improving transparency for invited users.

Smarter Search Suggestions

  • Global search now includes intelligent recommendations, highlighting popular trading pairs and relevant keywords to speed up searching.

 

 

Copy Trading Enhancements

Trader ROI Calculation Upgrade

Sharing Module Upgrade

  • Social sharing channels, images, and configuration options can now be customized and managed online.

 

 

Fiat & P2P Enhancements

Verified Merchant Filter

  • A new Verified Merchant filter allows users to quickly find LBank-certified P2P merchants.

Bank Card Binding Optimization

  • Logged-in users can now start the card-binding process directly without entering additional information.

Improved Failure Feedback

  • More detailed failure reasons and action guidance are now displayed for both card binding and payment failures.

Simplex Added to Quick Buy

  • Simplex has been integrated into Quick Buy, providing an additional fiat purchase channel.

Result Page Optimization

  • Payment and result pages have been refined for clearer status display and smoother user experience.

P2P Flash Buy Campaign Upgrade

  • Users must place an order that meets the minimum spending requirement to qualify for the 1-unit local currency USDT offer.

P2P Customer Support Entry

  • Floating customer support access has been added across P2P pages to improve assistance efficiency.

Merchant Online Status Display

  • P2P listings and order pages now show merchant online status, helping users make more informed trading decisions.
