Increment Staked FLOW, commonly referred to as stFlow, is a liquid staking protocol built on the Flow blockchain by the Increment Finance team. The stFlow token is designed to be highly composable within the Flow ecosystem. Beyond just holding it for rewards, users can use it as collateral in money markets to borrow other assets, provide it to liquidity pools to earn additional yields, or even use it to purchase digital collectibles on supported platforms. By integrating with the broader Increment Finance suite, which includes a decentralized exchange and a lending protocol, stFlow serves as a foundational component for capital efficiency on the network. To maintain security and decentralization, the protocol distributes the deposited FLOW across a diverse set of reputable node operators. This strategy helps mitigate the risk of a single point of failure and stabilizes the overall performance of the staking pool.
