If my payment amount is exactly 10 USDT, will fees be deducted, making it fail to meet the requirement?
No. LBank Pay charges zero fees (0 Fee) for all payments. As long as your actual payment amount is ≥ 10 USDT, it will count 100% toward the task progress. Please feel free to scan and pay.
I'm not a resident of any of these countries, but if I travel there (for example, taking a short vacation to Da Nang, Vietnam), can I use LBank Pay to scan local merchant QR codes (such as VietQR) and participate in the event?
Absolutely! As long as your LBank account has completed the required KYC Lv2 verification, any QR code payment made during your trip at local merchants that support the corresponding payment networks (such as VietQR/MoMo in Vietnam) will count toward the team task 100%.
What happens if the 72-hour countdown ends and I am the only person in the team who completed a QR code payment?
Unfortunately, having only one qualified participant is not enough to trigger the guaranteed Basic Mystery Box. The team will be automatically disbanded, and this order will not count toward your winning attempts. You can immediately start a new team invitation or join another friend's team.
If a merchant issues a refund after my QR code payment is successful, will my Mystery Box reward be deducted?
After a successful QR code payment, the Mystery Box reward will be distributed following risk control review. However, if the system detects fraudulent behavior, such as repeatedly requesting refunds immediately after making QR code payments to abuse the reward mechanism, LBank's risk control team reserves the right to freeze related funds and permanently disqualify you from the event.
