LBank P2P enables users to trade cryptocurrency directly with fiat currency. Set your preferred price, select payment methods, and complete secure, efficient transactions protected by LBank’s escrow service.

Access P2P Trading

  1. Visit the LBank website and log in to your account; 

  2. Navigate to「Buy Crypto」>「P2P Trading」.

Place a Sell Order

Select Cryptocurrency and Advertisement

  1. Switch to「Sell」,Select the cryptocurrency you want to sell and find suitable P2P advertisements;

  2. Check the buyer’s「Amount」,「Limit] and [Payment Methods], then tap「Sell」on your preferred offer. 

Enter Order Details

  1. Input the fiat「Amount」you want to receive or the crypto amount to sell;

  2. Select your preferred「Payment Method」, then tap「Confirm」;

  3. The system will automatically calculate the corresponding cryptocurrency amount.

Verify Payee Information

  1. Carefully review your payment details and tap「Confirm」to proceed.

Wait for Buyer Payment

  1. Once the order status shows「Counterparty is making payment」, the buyer must complete the transfer within the specified time limit. 

  2. Use the in-order「Chat」feature to communicate if necessary.

Confirm Receipt of Payment

  1. After the buyer completes the transfer, verify that the funds have arrived in your bank account or payment wallet. Only then click「Confirm Payment」.

  2. Always log in to your payment account to confirm receipt. Do not rely solely on SMS or email notifications.

Release Cryptocurrency

  1. Enter your「Fund Password」and tap「Confirm」. 

  2. The cryptocurrency will be released to the buyer’s Funding Account, completing the transaction.

Request Assistance

  1. If any issues arise during the transaction, first contact the buyer through the in-order「Chat」 window. 

  2. For further help, click「Appeal」or yellow「Chat」bubble to contact LBank Customer Support.

Reminder

  1. Never trust individuals claiming to represent LBank who request offline transactions.

  2. Cryptocurrency sold via P2P will be held in escrow by the platform until you confirm receipt of payment.

  3. Do not release cryptocurrency before verifying full payment to avoid financial loss.

  4. You may have a maximum of two active orders at any time. Existing orders must be completed before initiating new ones.
