Hyperliquid is a decentralized perpetual exchange (DEX) built on its own custom Layer-1 blockchain. It expands the functionality of the L1 beyond just the perpetual exchange, enabling a broader ecosystem of decentralized services and facilitating seamless integration for developers accustomed to established virtual machine environments.

Most users bridge a stablecoin like USDC from other major blockchains using Hyperliquid’s native bridge. While bridging funds onto the platform is typically straightforward, users frequently inquire about withdrawal times. Withdrawals back to certain networks are usually fast, but transfers to other major blockchains may involve longer settlement periods, sometimes ranging from one to seven days, depending on the destination network's finality requirements.
