Why Haven’t I Received My Earnings?

If earnings have not yet arrived, possible reasons include:

  1. The product is still within the lock-up (staking) period.

  2. The settlement date has not yet arrived — earnings will be distributed after settlement.

  3. Earnings are not distributed daily. Please refer to the product page for specific interest calculation rules.

Redemption Rules

Locked products must be held until the end of the lock-up period. Once the settlement date arrives, both the principal and earnings will be automatically returned to the user’s account. Generally, early redemption is not supported. For products that allow early redemption, doing so may affect the final earnings.

  1. Select a suitable product and click「Join Now」to start earning fixed-term returns.

  2. Alternatively, tap to search and filter by target criteria.

View Earnings Details

  1. Navigate to「My Earnings > Revenue Record」, then select「Locked」

  2. Browse details including「Cumulative Earnings」,「Spot Earn Accumulated Earnings」, and 「Fixed-term staking Accumulated Earnings」on the top dashboard. 

  3. Alternatively, view specific assets and set a time range for more precise searches.

Check Staking Records

  1. Go to “Staking Records” to review status categories such as「All」,「Stacking」, and「Expired」.

  2. Additionally, set custom time filters for detailed tracking.
