Hut 8 signed a second 15-year, $9.8 billion lease at its Beacon Point campus in Texas, fully commercializing the 1-gigawatt site and doubling its investment-grade tenant’s contracted capacity there to 704 MW.IREN raised its year-end 2026 AI Cloud revenue target to more than $4 billion from $3.7 billion after signing $2.8 billion in new customer contracts, with roughly 85% of the target now under contract.
