Believe Founder Ben Pasternak was arrested Tuesday on strangulation and assault charges stemming from a March 31 incident.He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is set to appear in court on June 11.Pasternak is also facing a civil class-action lawsuit where investors of Believe’s native token are accusing him of orchestrating a rug pull.
